TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Above room tariff based on per room per night basis
Above room tariff is inclusive of Morning breakfast and complementary two way airport transfers (Wherever specified).
Above room tariff is inclusive of presently applicable Luxury Taxes 10.% (any change in the tax structure the same will be applicable)
If payment is made in advance and there is any increase in taxes, which is to be paid before check in
Rooms will be allotted on a “First come first serve” basis and subject to availability.
The above rates are subject to revision after 29th December 2009.

The Below Hotels are exempted from Govt. Taxes on the rooms rate as on date. Please note, the taxes will be applicable as per the revision by the state govt. of Maharashra

Payments are accepted through secured payment gateway using any valid Visa / Master / Diners cards or select Indian net-banking accounts at http://www.iceindia.in/ice-payment.asp. Please do mention ‘ELECRAMA 2010’ in the field named ‘Reference”, and mention services for which payment is being made in the ‘Remarks’ field.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations / amendments must be received in writing and refunds will be made after deducting the retention charges as per the following criteria –

Early Check In or early Check out will be billed on actually booked or actual nights consumed which ever is higher.

NOTES

Credit card charges applicable @ 2.5% on Master card / Visa will be extra on the room rate for Online Accommodation Booking.
In case of cancellation of rooms, the applicable balance amount shall be refunded after deduction of applicable credit card charges.
All cancellations or amendments shall be sent in writing, via email or fax.
All refunds will be settled after the Exhibition.
