Terms & Conditions-

1. Above rates are subject to availability of rooms at the time of receiving the booking request.

2. 50% of the estimated bill amount against room booking and / or airport transfers is to be made to book the services. The balance must be paid in full by March 15, 2008.

3. The individual hotels’ terms & conditions governing the reservations shall be binding. The same will be intimated to you before you are asked to pay advance.

4. Complimentary group airport transfers may be arranged on prior information for groups of minimum 15 persons traveling together & staying in same hotel on first-come-first served basis. Please note that this is a limited facility and it is not obligatory on part of ICE to provide this facility.

5. Airport transfers by cars are offered @ Rs. 1650 net per transfer one way by AC car. The car accommodates maximum 2 persons. Please confirm your interest in the “remarks’ column below & give flight details in advance.

6. Please do not pay now. You will be required to pay online using your Master / Visa card immediately after we confirm the accommodation to you.

Cancellations Terms: All cancellations / amendments must be received in writing and refunds will be made after deducting the retention charges.
