  • Every day AM & PM shuttle services between hotel to Pragati Maidan (Vice-Versa once a day)

Room Tariff Excludes:

  • Luxury Tax @ 12.5% on the published tariff unless marked with asterik
  • 0.63% VAT may be applicable for the 5 Star Hotel
  • Government Service Tax @ 3.09% on the total bill
  • Laundry / Meals (not mentioned) / Room Service / Mini bar
  • Anything not specifically mentioned under the head Room Tariff Includes
  • AM & PM Shuttle will not be provided in case of B & B Services apartment accommodation

Terms & Conditions-

1. All Hotel room rates are on per room / per night basis.

2. If payment is made in advance and there is any increase in taxes, which is to be paid before check in.

3. For all hotels, as there are various hotels in each category, all with a limited number of rooms, rooms will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.

4. Luxury tax will be billed as per the prevailing Tax Structure at the time of Check in.

5. Early Check in and Checkout will be charged to you on actual booked or actual nights consumed, whichever is higher.

6. In case of any cancellation, all the refunds will be made after the event over as per the cancellation policy.

Important note: All cancellations / amendments must be received in writing and refunds will be made after deducting the retention charges.


Confirmation Policy -

1. 50% of the estimated invoice amount against the room booking will be required at the time of booking and the balance amount required 30 days before check in date.

2. For Arrival / Departure transfer full payment needs to be paid in advance.

3. Please note if we do not receive full payment as per the cut off date the rooms will be cancelled.

Cancellations received before 90 days

No cancellation charges

Cancellations received between 60 - 90 days

One night charges for rooms

Cancellations received between 45 - 60 days

50% of the total amount for all the nights booked
Cancellations received less than 45 days before of Check-in

No refund

Imp. Note: In case of NO-SHOW in hotel there will be NO refund.
