of the symposium - Kala Academy.

Airport is about 30 km away and the Thivim railway
station is about 27 km away from the hotel. the Panjim

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
- Above room tariff on per room per night basis.
- Above room tariff
inclusive of Morning breakfast
(only where specified).
- Above rate are inclusive of presently applicable Luxury Tax
and Service Charges (any change in the tax structure
or service charges may affect the rates).
- Government Service Tax as
applicable at the time of billing will be
charged extra (currently @ 2.58% on total bill
amount).
- Limited rooms have been
blocked at the above special rates, and these will be
offered on a “First come first serve” basis
against receipt of advance deposit.
- Above rates do not include any other items not specified.
PAYMENT
You need not pay at the
time of submitting the booking request. We will need
minimum one night's deposit within 3 days of our
confirming availability to you. Balance must be paid to
us not later than 31 days before the check-in or by 26th
March, whichever is earlier.
You can pay us the advance through any of the following channels –
BANK DEMAND DRAFT
Demand Draft, kindly ensure the same is made in the favor of “ Le Passage To India Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. “ payable at Mumbai and marked “Account Payee only” to prevent any fraudulent encashment of drafts.

Payments are accepted through secured payment gateway using any valid Visa / Master / Diners cards or select Indian net-banking accounts at
